Red Bull Crashed Ice returns to St. Paul this weekend, Jan. 24-26th. All events are free!
Thursday, January 24th
9:00am – 10:30am: Mayor Run
Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman will be taking a run down a portion of the track for the second year, but he will be joined by Father Gjengdahl of the Arch Diocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
10:30am – 12:00pm: Training Session #1 for U.S. Athletes
12:30pm – 1:45pm: Training Session #2 for U.S. Athletes
2:00pm – 3:30pm: National Shootout
100 U.S. athletes will race down the course, one at a time. The fastest 32 will advance to the Elimination Round and the athletes ranked 33rd to 64th advance to the International Shootout.
Friday, January 25th
10:15am – 11:45am: Training Session for International Athletes
12:45pm – 1:30pm: International Shootout
100 international athletes and 32 U.S. athletes race down the course, one at a time. The fastest 32 athletes move automatically to Saturday’s finals. The athletes ranked 33rd to 64th move on to the elimination round.
2:30pm – 2:45pm – Training Session for all 64 Competitors
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Elimination Round
The 64 qualifying U.S. and international athletes will be narrowed down to 32.
6:00pm – 7:00pm: Team Competition
Brand-new this year, this is a chance for the top 64 world athletes to earn additional World Series points and boost their collective rankings. Done in head-to-head knockout format, the Team Challenge is something you won’t want to miss!
Saturday, January 26th
11:00am – 12pm: Training Session for Final 32 Athletes
5:00pm: Gates Open to General Public
6:30pm – 9:00pm: Red Bull Crashed Ice World Championship – Saint Paul Finals
The 64 fastest athletes from around the world race through bracketed heats, four at a time, until the final heat when one athlete crosses the finish line first and is crowned champion.
9:00pm – 2:00am – Red Bull Crashed Ice Official After Party
Myth Night Club (Maplewood) with performances by Lil Jon, Rick Rude and Get Cryphy

Parking is limited but there are a few lots with easy access to the Crashed Ice grounds

- Parking Lot 2: 12th St. West & St. Peter St.
- Parking Lot 3: Cedar St. & Columbus Ave
