As Summer quickly comes to an end, here’s one last chance to check out some great outdoor music. The Concrete and Grass Lowertown Music Festival returns to Mears Park in St. Paul starting today through Saturday. All performances are FREE, open to the public and family-friendly. For it’s sixth year, the 3-day music festival lineup includes the likes of Jayhawks’ Gary Louris, Dosh, All Eyes, The Butanes, The Copper Street Brass Quintet, Mississippi Place, Jack Brass Band, Saint Paul Chamber Orchester, Minnesota Opera and others.
